02 配套备案与体系Supporting Registrations & Systems

资质之外，同样要看的东西What to check beyond the qualification grade

持有上述资质的前提是同时具备对应的安全生产许可与备案条件，并接受主管部门的定期核验。这些文件的编号与有效期可在合作前提供核对。Holding the qualifications above requires the matching safety-production licensing and registration, subject to periodic verification by the authorities. Document numbers and validity dates can be provided for review before we start working together.

03 交付流程Delivery Process

从第一次沟通到竣工交付From first conversation to handover

需求诊断Requirement Diagnosis

现场勘察与业务需求梳理，明确边界条件与关键约束。Site visit and requirement review to establish boundary conditions and key constraints.

方案设计Concept Design

提出空间与技术方案，确认功能布局与初步造价区间。Propose spatial and technical schemes, confirming layout and an initial cost range.

深化设计Design Development

机电、结构与专项工艺深化，形成可用于报批的完整图纸。MEP, structural and specialty coordination, producing drawings ready for permitting.

04

报建报批Permitting

配合业主完成消防、规划等主管部门的报批手续。Support the client through fire, planning and other regulatory approvals.

05

施工图与招采Construction Docs & Procurement

出具施工图纸，协助设备与分包招采比选。Issue construction drawings and support equipment and subcontractor procurement.

06

施工与监理Construction & Supervision

驻场跟进施工进度与工艺质量，定期向业主同步。On-site tracking of progress and workmanship, with regular client updates.

07

竣工交付Handover

竣工验收、资料归档与保修期内的响应机制。Final acceptance, documentation handover, and a response mechanism through the warranty period.
