03 资质Qualifications
设计与施工一级资质，覆盖方案、施工图、报批报建、施工总承包与竣工验收全流程，无需依赖外部挂靠单位。Grade 1 in both design and construction — covering concept through construction documents, permitting, general contracting and final inspection, with no reliance on affiliated third-party licenses.

04 长期客户Long-Term Clients

竣工资料移交，质保期与长期运维支持。As-built handover, warranty period and long-term facility support.
