建筑装修装饰工程施工一级与建筑装饰工程设计专项乙级，加上建筑总包、市政总包及十余项专业承包资质，覆盖方案、施工图、报批报建、施工总承包与竣工验收全流程，无需依赖外部挂靠单位。Grade 1 decoration & fit-out contracting and Class B specialist design, together with building and municipal general contracting and a dozen specialist licences — covering concept through construction documents, permitting, general contracting and final inspection, with no reliance on affiliated third-party licences.
